The Trustees of the Local 812 Health Fund have committed to providing full medical coverage on an ongoing basis to members who have been laid off. As essential workers, Local 812 members deserve nothing less.
While we confront this unprecedented public health and economic crisis, your union is doing everything in its power to ensure that our members, regardless of whether employment is effected by sick leave or a lay off, continue to receive critical benefits.
Local 812 is working closely with our medical providers to make it easier for you to make the most of your benefits during the pandemic, including:
• No fee Telemedicine medical appointments
• Dental and optic emergency services
• Fund participants may switch prescription delivery from mail order to retail or vice versa
• Ability to pre-fill prescription medications (except narcotics)
• No fees for COVID-19 Testing
• Free prescription delivery
