Teamster Center Services TCS is an Employee Assistance program (EAP) that provides confidential advice, referral and case management services for behavioral health (mental health and substance abuse) to plan participants enrolled in its member Teamster welfare funds. Services are part of your benefits package provided by your welfare fund and are provided free of charge to eligible participants.
The program is designed to help you and your family address a variety of personal and/or work-related issues that can affect your mental health, job performance and overall well-being. Issues such as:
- Stress / Anxiety
- Depression
- Anger Management
- Alcohol / Drug Abuse
- Grief
- Family Issues
