Local 812 members employed by Clare Rose and 5 Boro brought in 2026 with solid new 3-year contracts. The respective contracts were ratified by wide margins. Each includes annual raises; retirement increases and no givebacks.
Clare Rose workers negotiated a contract that maintains current 812 Health Fund benefits with no additional costs to members and their families. Other highlights include better re-load bid language as well as some additional pay for long distance deliveries.
5 Boro members, who unanimously ratified their contract, won additional paid time off.
