Drivers Jose Blanco and Garfield Gammons were put back to work immediately by an arbitrator's award. Both Drivers have over 10 years with the company and like their job.

Recording Secretary John Ulrich, Business Agents Larry Debellis and Angel Martinez worked extremely hard to gather the information necessary for 812 Attorney Jim Green to win the cases.

Congratulations to these drivers. We're glad they can start providing for their families once again.

PEPSI DISTRIBUTORS ASSOCIATION

Recently, the Executive Board of Local 812 helped a Pepsi Distributor save his business through arbitration as the company was looking to take his route away for something that the distributor had no control of. Joe Vitta and Ed Weber worked with the Pepsi Distributors Association in order to win this extremely important case for all of the Independent Operators in the Pepsi Cola Distributors Association.
